When Will I Receive My Code?

If you submit your request late at night, it will usually arrive the next morning — but always within 12 hours.

Once you receive your code, simply show it at your Optical Express consultation or when booking your surgery.

The £300 discount is automatically applied — no extra steps needed.

If your code expires before you book, just reply to the email and I’ll generate a new one for you.
